Suzie's Fruit Summer Cooler Punch for Brunch

1/2 big can pineapple juice
8 cups orange juice
1 12 oz can lemonade or limeade and 2 cans water
1 cup sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 bananas
1 cup half and half or milk
1/2 blender ice cubes as many times as you need

Mix all ingredients except ice. Put 1/2 blender of ice cubes and fill up with punch mixture.
Blend and pour into pitcher or punch bowl. Will be frothy. Repeat until all punch fixings are used up.

You can add 7-up to the mixture to zing it up to your taste.

You can really play around and use different fruit juices. Very easy and good.

Super Easy Sausage Strata by Rachel Carlson

1 lb Turkey Sasuage (pre-cooked), cut up into 1/2 in pieces
6 slices white bread (maier's italian), cubed
2 C shredded Cheddar cheese
6 eggs
2 C milk
1 t salt
1 t ground mustard

1. Layer bread cubes, sausage, and Cheddar cheese in a lightly greased 9x9 baking dish. In a large bowl, beat together the eggs, milk, salt, and mustard. Pour the egg mixture over sausage mixture evenly coating until all bread has been covered. (you may cover and refridgerate overnight, but the bread doesn't need to sit soaking b/c it soaks up the mixture right away)

2. Bake 50-60 minutes at 350 (preheated) or until a knife in the center comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes befor serving. Makes 6-8 servings.
