Broccoli Salad by Courtney Baird




·         ¾ cup mayo
·         3 tbsp vinegar
·         3 tbsp sugar       
·         Fresh broccoli florets
·         1 red onion, chopped

Combine mayo, vinegar and sugar.  Pour over broccoli and onion.  Marinate overnight.

Next day, add to broccoli mixture:
·         1 large head lettuce
·         Red or green grapes
·         ½ cup sunflower seeds
·         1 pkg bacon, cooked and crumbled (abt. 12 slices)

Add more sugar if too tart
